Minimum payment is due to reserve your spot and must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to the Module weekend you have selected. Balance is due in full 3 days prior to your set dates. Module dates will be cancelled after the Wednesday preceding any date where there are no registrants.
If changes are nessecary, we will do our best to accommodate any student. Feel free to contact for any enrollment issue or inquiry.

Rain dates and exceptions may re-schedule and/or split your day(s) to following weekend days. Arrangements may be made with the instructor should any changes not be suitable to your schedule and a weekday may be arranged accordingly in extreme circumstances.
We will do everything possible to accommodate students in an unexpected or extreme circumstance and if no solution can be made that is suitable, a refund of up to $200.00 will be given for Module I or Module II and up to $100.00 for Module III for any related registration Module and depends on attendance. The same applies for student cancellations in an unexpected or extreme circumstance.
If the entire set of course Modules have been paid in advance and you need to cancel your attendance, a refund may be more than stated above and depends on attendance. The first initial deposit made will be deducted for administration and set up costs.
